There is a private entrance with lockbox. Parking is located at the side of the property. We ask that you pull your car in to the end of the space to allow the neighbour to get out from her property. Street parking available free for 2 hour blocks and from 6pm until 8am \* Light and airy capturing the "Fremantle Doctor" afternoon sea breeze \* Upstairs consists of large mezzanine area with queen bed and separate bathroom. Ceiling fans are in both Bedrooms. An Air Conditioning unit is in the first bedroom that heats and cools. \* Bedroom 1 can be shut off from mezzanine (Bedroom 2) allowing for privacy and is air-conditioned with a single bed and a double bed. \* Late Check outs or early check ins can be arranged if we don't have guests arriving or leaving. The house is well equipped with everything, and very aesthetically pleasing. Had same issue as a previous booker with NETFLIX. Payment was an issue for me as the owners wouldn't do an on line credit card and in this day and age reading your credit card over the phone to someone just seems super dodgy! But it wasn't, Nicole, the property manager is great. However this also seems to be causing an issue getting the bond back as its been 2 weeks since we left and still haven't got it back even though they say it has been released. Hopefully the owners change this, or it needs to be specified in the listing as it was quite stressful leading into our holiday! (and I've given up hope of seeing the bond back) If they change the payment, I would stay there again and recommend it to others. ##### rachael p.
