The Industrial Art Precinct of Fremantle is located just behind Monument Hill. Tucked away close to Fremantle but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet.
Monument Hill would have to be the best place to watch the sunset with magnificent 360 degree views of Fremantle Harbour and surrounds.

Once you enter the apartment space there is a magnificent chefs kitchen with large island bench and all the modern conveniences. Fully equipped kitchen for those in house cookups!
The Living space is light, bright and airy. Climate controlled air conditioning keeps the apartment at a very comfortable temperature all year round.
Large sliding doors open out to your own private balcony.
There is a european laundry tucked away in a cupboard near the kitchen area. Has a front loading washing machine and dryer with ironing facilities.
The Bathroom has a walk in shower and toilet.
The large main bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed with plenty of built in cupboard and wardrobe space. There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool on those hot summer nights.
PLEASE NOTE: WE ASSUME THE KING BED IS USED FOR TWO. SOFA BED IS EXTRA if required.
A secure garage for 1 car is available for guests. Please note garage is NOT suitable for 4WD

Casual Walking distance to central Fremantle is about 20 minutes.
There is a bus stop on Amherst Street that can take you into Fremantle.

Amazing property we will definitely be staying here again

This apartment was modern with everything you could possibly need. It was the best place to stay over Christmas. It’s in a really safe secure area close to Fremantle and the beaches. The apartment was really clean and spacious with a beautiful Veranda. You get a car bay in a garage and there was plenty of street parking as well and the property manager was lovely to deal with. we will definitely be coming back to stay here again!

Great place to stay in Fremantle!

This was perfect for my partner and I. Self contained so we could cook for ourselves and do a load of washing but also in a great spot! It was a short walk or drive to get to some great places to eat and shop!
