Separately utility room for laundry and drying. The living room has 3 large patio windows/doors to a beautiful shaded garden and sitting/dining area which was lovely. Immaculate condition and it has a lovely open and airy feel about it. It's well located, close to the beach (there are ocean views from the kitchen) but just out of Scarborough a bit.
