#### Location is good. 

Overall a good functional property. The aircon is one of those ones that works by cooling the air over water, you can’t control the temperature and it doesn’t really work when the temperature is over 35 degrees. It would have be nice if it was turned on for our arrival as it was a hot day. The property owners live next door. There is limited parking, would recommend for shorter stays.
