  • Enjoy the best of coastal and riverside living from this beautifully renovated four-bedroom North Fremantle home. Stroll to the river in moments, wander to Leighton Beach in ten minutes, or take the train five minutes away into central Fremantle for cafés, bars and boutiques.

    Perfect for families, friends or business stays, the house offers modern comfort, a quiet location, and everything within 750 m — beach, river, cafés, shops and more.

    You can enjoy the outdoors in the bright alfresco area with a shade sail. The perfect spot for a barbeque while enjoying your favourite glass of wine.

    Completed and furnished to a high standard with gourmet kitchen and state of the art appliances you will not want to leave this home away from home. The house has reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout, Starlink WIFI, SmartTV’s, Theatre room and a fully equipped laundry.

    The open plan 3 story house is very bright, quiet and spacious. The main bathroom has a bathtub and shower.


    The contemporary kitchen has white Corian benchtops, a white farmhouse sink, Ariston range with 900mm gas cooktop/oven and brand new LG dishwasher and double door fridge.

    - The whole house, we do not live at the property but live ten minutes away. (excluding the separate garage).
    - Self Check-in. The key collection is located onsite. Further details will be provided 48hrs before arrival.
    - Stairs are required to access the front door of the property.

Excellent base for a 6 week stay

An amazing house for 4 adults to base themselves for 6 weeks. The host was super responsive, check-in simple and the house kitted out well. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again next time I'm in Perth!

We had an incredible time at this house. The 3 queen beds (2 upstairs) worked our great for our family of tall young adults. My husband and I enjoyed the king bedroom downstairs. There are 2 bathrooms, which was very nice. We made use of the laundry facilities since we had been in Sydney. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The patio is nice - probably more useful in the summer, but we used it one night. We also enjoyed the basement TV room as a family although the kids used it the most. It is a short walk to the train which worked great for us since we didn't rent a car. We walked on the beach once and took the ferry to Rottnest. We found a great restaurant in the neighborhood (Blue Penny) and enjoyed the closeness to Fremantle. It was also an easy trip to Perth, which we took advantage of since our son is at UWA. Also, the home is steps away from the walk along the river which we did every morning. The trail is just beautiful and a it's a fantastic neighborhood. We didn't have any issues, but the hosts checked in with us and were very accessible if we had needed something. I could not recommend this property more highly. We would love to stay here again.
