The location is amazing, walk to every where, kings Park and the city on your door step. The staff were helpful and the room was clean. The only complaint i have is the TV was so small it was hard to watch in bed and i couldn't move it. Location is just on the edges of the city and a 20 min walk to the centre or railway stations. Floors were Swept and horizontal surfaces very clean, but vertical not so much. Building is quite old and minimum work has been done over the last decade or two and things like aircon barely work.
