Very clean and spacious. Views and walking distance to Subiaco where I had appointments. Also a quick walk to restaurants and great early morning coffee two doors down. This is a clean, spacious, bright, secure apartment with underground parking. A little noisy with traffic (did not bother us senior citizens) and once the balcony doors are closed, it is quiet inside. Several restaurants within a short walking distance.
