Great location, easy walk to all Fremantle restaurants and breweries. Parking is included but can be a little difficult if on basement level as a vehicle hoist is used and does take a bit of time. My only complaint would be that you only receive one key/fob and for a group/family of six makes it difficult at times. Dishwasher was flaky and definitely needed a clean as there was quite a lot of food (not ours) blocking the filter. TV was just basic. Overall build quality was questionable. Someone had a dog that started barking around 6am every day (luckily I was there for work so that’s when I was getting up anyway, but it bothered me on the weekend). Owner just waltzed in one of the days, didn’t even knock, which was strange and uncomfortable. Super nice guy, he tried to give me a bottle of wine for the trouble, but it was still very uncomfortable that I didn’t have a choice whether to let them in or not. I think they also told me that the pool is open from 8am, which I think is very late; I would have liked to swim in the morning, and the sun is only out for a couple of hours in the back, where the pool is, so it seems a waste. I think they’d also benefit from some nicer furniture for the balcony and dining area. Again, seems wasted. Place is big enough for 5-6 people but you can only seat 4\. Internet also cut out quite frequently. Positives: Place is very spacey and in terms of location I’m not sure you can find better. Exceptionally central, and there’s a wonderful little Japanese breakfast/lunch place right outside. Bed was super comfortable and I personally liked that the AC was off, so it was nice and warm. Apartment was huge and the complex has an excellent pool. Off street parking is always a plus in Freo and the apartment is within minutes walk of everything you'll want to see in Freo. Nathing unique about the apartment, the photos didn’t match what it was advertised on Wotif. Parking was miss communicated when checked in and had the owner parked in the bay was given. Cleanliness of the apartment “Terrible” as we found dirty undies and rubbish still the the apartment. No bed sheets on any of the beds only fitter sheet. Yes the parking is tight, but it is Fremantle after all and the parking is secure. Two little negatives - the kitchen wasn't overly equipped with cooking equipment, 3 pots/pans and utensils is about it, we made a fruit salad and had to store it in a pot as there was no bowls or the like. Plenty of eating equipment though. The spa wasn't operational which was a shame as we would have used it for sure, being early October it was still a bit cool to use the pool.
