Comfort Oasis Family Getaway

  • Your family will be close to everything when you stay at Comfort Oasis Family Stay, which is centrally located. About 25 mins to CBD, 23 mins to Airport , 30 mins to Hilarys beach , 25 mins to Joondalup.
    I am excited to present a Hotel Style Home that is immaculately presented. Located conveniently in the vibrant suburb of Brabham, this home offers a vibrant lifestyle around the Famous Swan Valley. Walking distance to a variety of shops around Coles shopping centre, making errands a breeze.

    The space
    The house has an ensuite and a second bathroom, tub in the second bathroom.. It has 2 Queen size beds, one in the master bedroom and the second one in bedroom 2, which can be suitable for couples. The space is big. It has 2 televisions and very comfortable seats. It is neat as a pin. The area is nice and quiet and free from crime. The place is less than 20 minutes to Midland shopping centre, less than 10 minutes to Ellenbrook shopping centre and less than 15 mins less minutes to Mandoon Estate and very close to the vineries. The house is 15 to The Vines Resort Golf Course. Less than five minutes to number of restaurants in Swan Valley. This is a place to be.

    Check-in is at 3pm, the address is 31 Constable Street Brabham WA, 6055.
    Photos of the entrance are attached to the guest book online, which you are able to access once the booking is confirmed.

    The house key and garage key is in a coded key safe attached to the left-hand side of the wall on the entrance door. Please leave the key at the same location when exiting.

    Please return the key back to the safe with the same key code when exiting.
    Please ensure all lights, taps, gas tops, and windows are shut when exiting

    Other things to note
    The house is new and has sand outside. Landscape work in progress.

Great house, lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Great location, easy access. Great area to base your stay for exploring the surrounding areas.

Whiteman Park was nearby and this is a wonderful place to visit, for individuals and for families. It was enjoyable to ride the steam train through natural bush, a truly Australian experience.

Nice new house in a quiet neighbourhood,close to shopping center and at the Swan Valley. House is spacious , clean , well equipped and very comfortable. Great comms with host. Highly recommended.

We stayed last week, the house was great, the communication with the owner was fast, the house had all the things we needed but the yard (sandpit) was still covered in the unsafe building material rubbish which was very dangerous. We felt like this should have been cleaned up.
