Rather convenient to catch a bus. Room clean and comfortable with kitchen facilities. Quiet surrounding.

Pros: It is close to the city centre and was clean and had lovely staff.
The room was ok - the bathroom was extremely poky even though their was good room in the shower. The laundry facilities were limited and one of the machines was out of order.

room is clean but look a bit outdated, not modern.

Posted 09-Oct-2016
Pros: Walking distance to CBD and there is parking spot outside the hotel.
Cons: Car park too small which cannot accommodate all guests. Clearway in front street in the morning.
Location: Walking 15 minutes to Barrack St Jetty to Rottnest Island and Elizabeth quay.
The hotel lobby looks good and there is café. I have not dined there. The room looks OK but not modern furnished. The bed and kitchen are clean. Bath room is good. Car park was full when we went back to the hotel. Car park is a bit narrow.

Great set up with apartment-like rooms.

Posted 08-Oct-2016
Pros: Clean, affordable and easy to locate. Own parking lot under hotel, as parking in Perth is expensive.
Cons: Room insulation from noise!
Location: River front, buses, several convenience stores, hospital,a park.
Although this is a comfortable place to stay, the location is what lets it down. Its a little far to the shopping, central area of town, but this may be less important on a budget. The staff are generally helpful. Easy transport links to airport. Train station is a long walk away. Bus stop nearby. Rooms are well set out and large with self contained facilities, but beds are not the best for comfort. Those choosing this hotel need to be aware that they are building next door and the construction work starts early. Noise insulation is not good from the traffic and neighbors.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city

Posted 29-Sep-2016
Pros: Location of the hotel
Cons: Hotel staff services and breakfast menu.
The hotel stay was comfortable enough. Hotel cleanliness was satisfactory till last but 2 days when the staff did not do the services properly. Though it was a a no smoking hotel people were found smoking in the hotel premises. Breakfast menu was same for all the seven days we stayed.

Short 3 night stay visiting friends.

Posted 02-Sep-2016
The hotel was recommended to us by friends newly resident in Perth from the UK. Visiting family and friends had previously used it and it was also featured in our UK travel agents brochure. The standard was good throughout and whilst perhaps not a leading Hotel brand it was very good value, in a good location for exploring the city and the waterside. The staff were helpful throughout and we would not hesitate to when next visiting Perth.

Very Convenient Location.

Posted 30-Aug-2016
Pros: Bus stop is just not 3-5 minutes walk. Easy access by taking Transperth Green Bus to Perth CBD (free only), to Airport, Fremantle and other locations.
Location: Nice view of the Swan River at the back of the hotel. Can walk to Perth CBD. Convenient store just nearby (for muslims, there is Rice Supermarket).
Check in time is at 2.00 pm but we reached hotel in the morning around 8.15 am. The lady staff with the name of Ms. Tay was so nice and friendly. She checked if there is any available room and allow us to check in straight away.
