Amazing 2Bed/Bath Apartment 50M to the beach

This amazing unique ground floor apartment offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment very well furnished, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, and bathroom plus 2nd ensuite bathroom. This unique place oozes style all its own.

Shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance of West Beach Lagoon. Excellent location at Scarborough Beach. Picturesque foreshore area, glorious sunsets and scenery included. The master bedroom your own private ensuite bathroom.

This is an apartment stay, suitable for up to 4 guests. This is a lovely family complex. Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's enjoyment. This is a non smoking/vaping and no pets are allowed in the apartment or on site. You will have access to the entire apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, living area and balcony space for your stay. The master bedroom with the queen bed and ensuite. The second bedroom with 2 king singles and an ensuite full bathroom. The apartment has two coded door locks so no keys to collect. Your access code will come with your check in instructions.

Scarborough Beach is one of Perth's most popular beaches. Beautiful clean white sand, turquoise water, paddle boarding, swimming, and surf to make all happy. The foreshore is best in Perth, bike and walking paths, multiple play areas for the kids, beach space always available and you are staying no more than 50 meters from the beach, restaurants, cafes and pubs. When the sun sets over the water, it is one of the best stops in Australia.

This apartment is located within iconic West Beach Lagoon complex. There is a designated BBQ area and pool with popular slide for all ages at the complex. Parking is assigned by the apartment number and requires only parking in that marked spot (information to be provided). The apartment is located on the ground floor and can be accessed only a few steps from the West Coast Hwy entrance to the parking lot. Two parking spots 49 and 50 marked for the apartment. Parking spots are yours to use, included. There are bollards that are optional to use. Locks for the bollards are found in the apartment beside the fridge. Free onsite parking for two vehicles marked spots for your apartment, which are visible from your windows.

Only a 25-50m walking to Scarborough or Brighton beach, only a 5-minute drive to Trigg Beach or bike or rent a scooter, just 15 minutes’ drive to Perth CBD, 30 minutes Fremantle and 40 to the Perth Airport. Hillary's Boat Harbour, Kings Park and Cottesloe Beach only 10 minutes away. West Coast Highway is a major roadway to get connected to all of what the area and Perth has to offer. Bus stops are located only minutes’ walk from the resort on West Coast Highway take the 990 Bus Transperth to travel down Scarborough Beach Road to malls and more restaurants. Incredibly central, scenic, comfortable and cost-effective accommodation.
