To stay comfortable, we suggest keeping food sealed, closing doors when possible, and using repellents if needed. Guest Access • Full access to the property is provided apart from garage Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans. Our cancellation policy is strict, and refunds will not be issued unless the issue is caused by our listing. Travel insurance can help cover costs if you need to cancel or your trip is disrupted. This listing is pet-friendly. You will be required to pay a pet fee of $125 per pet per stay via our guest portal if you wish to bring your pet with you. We reserve the right to reject your pet request if we deem your pet unsuitable for a short-term accommodation listing. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted. We’re happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests, though these options are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Our cleaners charge a fee $50 per hour for this service. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival. This offers peace of mind and a smooth, stress-free start to your stay. We just kindly ask that they are used at your own risk and that the safety waiver included in your check-in instructions is signed beforehand.
