Pros: Excellent rooms, clean and well maintained. Perfect location to Bus, underground Rail and Ferries at Elizabeth Quay, all 5 minute walk.
Cons: Nothing, very happy with accommodation and service received.

Smelly, old tacky, damaged rooms and amenities.

Posted 31-Oct-2016
Pros: The staff were lovely. This is not 5 or 4 star closer to 2.
Cons: Smell of room, fridge, dripping toilet, dirty/damaged bench, leaking taps, a 4 cm kettle cord, could not boil water. Mini Bar depleted on entering room. Felt had to use shoes as floors even seemed dirty. I would rate the building and accommodation as 2 star, requires renovate/refurbish even the linen smelt and was grey/dirty, very dissappointing.
Location: This was a business trip, hence my business was successful and close to convention, notwithstanding sleepless nights due to the smell etc of the room.

Ideal Convention option

Only steps away from Convention Centre. Nice studio apartment. Easy walking access to CBD. Would happily stay here again.

Cancelled at check-in

Posted 31-Aug-2016 on Wotif
Pros: Nothing Now. Friends stayed on the same night and said their room was toxic, strong chemical smell, and they were moved reluctantly.
Cons: Customer Service needs a major improvement.
Location: Not a good hotel if you are driving your own car.
Not easy to find entrance if you are driving. I parked at the Convention Centre car park and rang the hotel. I was on hold for 9 minutes so proceeded to walk around to find the reception. When I got to reception I was still on hold, it had now been 15 minutes. The lady at reception was not friendly. Dismissed completely any concern I had about being on hold for 15 minutes. Their information states that limited free self parking is available but parking can be paid for at $30 a day. There was no parking. It was raining, cold and windy and the reception lady simply stated you could park at the Wilson Car Park which was a good 500 metres away. I cancelled my booking on the spot and will need to contact Wotif to receive the refund. I went to the Peninsula Hotel in South Perth where I often stay, and was greeted with the usual good service. I have stayed at this hotel in the past, having arrived there by Taxi. It is an average establishment on the whole, I only booked it for the location this visit, but needless to say will never stay again. To be on hold on the telephone for 15 minutes alone is testament to the establishments lack of customer service.

Pros: Location to the city
Cons: Beds
The bed and pillows were terrible. Worst sleep I've had in a long time.
