Lovely & Spacious Apartment.

Posted 24-Aug-2016
Pros: The room itself was spacious and well decorated. The food when dining in the Metro Bar downstairs was of very good quality.
Cons: The noise from the main air conditioner on the roof was of concern, although I don't know how this could be remedied.
While the apartment was modern and spacious, I was not able to sleep as well as I would have liked due to the noise of the main air conditioning unit which must of been above my room on the top floor. The bed itself was a little out dated, although I noticed they were replacing all the mattresses during my stay.

Stayed overnight with friends in a two bedroom apartment. Good size for four people, well equipped with kitchen, two bathrooms and other amenities you would like.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Toilet is a bit to lose to the walls but still awesome time spent there
This is a wonderful hotel close to everything in Perth city the king sized bed makes it more appealing. Having a washing machine and dryer would make it awesome for a week or two stay.

great location, close to CBD, convention centre

Posted 31-May-2016
Room clean, bed comfortable. Stayed for 4 nights. Staff at reception cheerful and helpful, showed me where to walk to CBD and Woolworths supermarket (10 mins walk); tea & coffee making in room (including milk in fridge!) & all necessary cooking equipment provided in room. Lots of cafes walking distance nearby in CBD. I attended meeting at Perth convention centre - 5 mins walk away - so easy! I was on 4th floor on CBD-facing side close to where buses exit from busy Elizabeth Quay terminal - I wasn't kept awake by bus noise (and I'm a light sleeper), but bus noise may be a problem if you want to keep window open at night. Perth's bus service (#40) departs every 20 min or so from outside Terminal 3 (domestic terminal at airport) and drops you at Elizabeth Quay - so easy and so cheap (2 sections ticket $4.50 which you buy from driver). There is a similar bus service to and from international terminal. Check on web. Also free CAT bus to get you around Perth. If you like walking, walk (or catch CAT bus) to King's Park and Perth botanical garden - wonderful gardens and great views of Perth

Clean and comfortable

Posted 30-May-2016 on Wotif
Pros: Quiet, clean and close to the convention centre.
Location: Elizabeth Quay close and interesting to visit. The convention centre is 50 meters away so very convenient when attending a fuction.
The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Easy access to the convention centre and close to Elizabeth Quay for a refreshing walk. The staff were helpful and polite. I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

Good city location

Posted 25-May-2016 on Wotif
Pros: Location.
Cons: Sign posting for the hotel entrance and car-park.
Location: Great for city business meetings and people who want to shop in the mall. Also plenty of evening bars and eating places near by.
Needed a hotel within walking distance to the CBD because of several business meetings. The location is great and a 5 min walk to the city centre. The hotel has its own café which is good for breakfast and OK as well for a quiet after work drink or meal on your own. If you are driving to the hotel for the first time, it is very difficult to find the entrance as it is mixed in with the bus terminal and convention centre carpark and entry. Get good directions beforehand because if you miss it, you need to drive a long distance before you can turn around and try again!

Dirty, noisy the bad reviews came true

Room were not up to a clean standard. Their was live music from the metro. Don't stay here on a Saturday if you want a early night.
