The bedroom on level one has access to the main bathroom, whilst, the 2 bedrooms on the lower level share one bathroom and has its own kitchen/dining/living area with access to a double lock up garage.

You can also enjoy ocen views and views of Rottnest Island from the middle floor balcony which is part of the main living area with a large kitchen to bring out the Master Chef in you.

The outdoor alfresco area on level one is deal for that summer Australian barby and entertaining your guests who wil lbe envious of your abode.
