The communication, instructions and service from Staycay were good. We were disappointed with the apartment itself. The main bedroom window does not have a screen and the windows and sliding glass doors are dirty. The toilet had a urine smell, so I think the cleaning of the apartment needs to be improved. The couch is not that comfortable and the bathroom we found to be small. Check in process was very difficult, was not given address until a week before, was meant to be sent check in instructions a couple days before and when I wasn’t sent any lockbox information, I reached out to them via phone which took days to reply eventually Staycay answered and they told me to recheck. I confirmed that i had not received information they realised and sent me it finally.
