Air conditioning and a lovely balcony for evening drinks. It’s possible to walk through kings park from the apartment and pick up a cat bus into the city. The unit is located at the 4th level, so you might want to pack light. The stairs are still manageable and there is a friendly resident black cat that will accompany you as you go up. It's quite a spacious unit, clean, everything is working and have all the utensils you'll need to feel just like home. You can use the water filter jug to filter out the chlorine smell from the tap water before you drink it, but I chose to just buy water from woolies or coles. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to our host Sarah for the hospitality and very quick to respond to all my inquiries. ##### Randy H.
