We loved staying here. It was such a great location in Northbridge, so close to the city and so many awesome cafes and restaurants. It was super convenient being able to cook our own meals as well.

Surrounded by amazing restaurants!

Fantastic location. Incredibly clean with everything you need. The Master bedroom was quite noisy at night do to being on the main strip, however that was no fault at all of the Hotel, and given that absolutely everything was literally at your door step it was worth it. Host was amazingly accommodating and we would definitely stay here again. 5 start!

Great location! Wonderful city view and very generous balcony with seating area and bbq. Property managers were very easy to communicate with and were quick to reply to questions. Some maintenance work required to tidy apartment up, such as damage to blinds in living area, cracks in walls and holes in ceiling. However, property perfectly suited our need.

The cleanliness when we arrived was below standard. Floor gritty. Beds were fairly comfortable but sofa was very uncomfortable. Fan in bathroom very noisy. Smelly in corridor when we left the apartment. Michael was helpful when we asked for extras . The pictures on website looked much more appealing & spacious than in reality.

とても清潔で快適に過ごせました！次回も利用したいと思います。 レセプションがないので不安でしたがチェックインは問題なくできました。 急な駐車場利用にも対応して頂きました。 チェックアウトは鍵を部屋に置いておいてと言われましたが、置いておくとエレベーターに乗ることが出来ずに困りました。 キッチンはとても清潔で快適に使えましたがザルがなかったのでパスタを作った際に困りました。 お部屋はとても清潔で大満足！2ベットルームにはそれぞれにバスとトイレがあり便利でした。 ロケーションはキャットバスのバス停も近くにあり、駅には歩いて行けます。近くにスーパーがあり買い出しはいつもそこを利用していました。 週末の夜は賑やかなエリアですが、騒音とかはありませんでした。 とてもお勧めできる宿泊施設です。

部屋の設備が整ってて、1週間程度の滞在にはコスパが良い。シャワーなどの水回りもベッドも問題ない。電源はあまり多くないので固定場所に限られる。 エレベーターが2機あるが、一つは壊れていて一度閉じ込められ、非常に怖い思いをした。ただ、管理人が同じビルにいるのですぐに駆けつけてくれて助けてくれる。サービスは良い

パース滞在中に188 Apartmentsに9泊しました。 パース駅から近く、周辺にはレストランやカフェ、スーパーがそろっていてとても便利な立地です。さらに、Blue Catバスの停留所も徒歩2ブロック先にあり、移動もスムーズでした。 フロントは常設されていませんが、到着時にWhatsAppで連絡するとスタッフの方がすぐに来て対応してくれました。 予約はスタンダードルームでしたが、実際に案内されたのは裏通りのWashing Stにあるスイートタイプの部屋で、嬉しいアップグレードでした。 リビングやキッチン、ベッドルームはいずれも広く、大きなソファもあって快適に滞在できました。賑やかな通りから一本入った場所にあるため、思っていたより静かだったのも良かったです。 掃除は週1回のみだったので、部屋に掃除機やドライモップがあるとさらに便利だと感じましたが、全体的にはとても居心地の良いアパートメントで、快適に過ごせました。

Bit of an odd check in compared to what we're used to. The apartment was nice, very good aircon. Definitely book parking if you're taking your car, I didn't realise we needed to book and the parking was all sold out. It was a struggle finding parking and we had to keep leaving the room to top it up. Lots of Asian style restaurants right downstairs which was convenient.

Great location with walking distance to CBD. Studio apartment had all facilities and small balcony. Comfortable bed & good air conditioning. Many eateries & restaurants close by. Enjoyed my stay.
