"Das sehr gepflegte und saubere Haus war mit viel Holz sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche war echt super! Der Weg in die Weinberge ist gleich hinter dem Haus, deshalb war das mit Hund super! Die Verwalterin war immer für uns da, eine sehr nette Dame!!Leider liegt das Haus direkt an einer Straße mit viel Verkehr und es ist schon laut. "Übergabe der Wohnung war eine Farce und hat Stunden gedauert, bis wir endlich rein konnten. Küche der Wohnung war komplett leer (von wenigen Tellern und Tassen abgesehen). Kein brauchbares warmes Wasser. Keine wirklich funktionierende Toilette. Die Bilder sind wohl so entstanden, dass das einzige Sofa immer wieder in andere Räume geschoben wurde und mit fotografiert wurde. Andere sichtbare Möbel waren nicht mehr vorhanden. D. h. Die Ausstattung war mehr als spartanisch. Alles in allem furchtbar."

Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

"Our group only had 1 night here. The stay was pretty comfortable, although it was quite difficult sharing 1 bathroom amongst 5 adults, but we managed. Space was sufficient for us and overall stay was comfortable. Only thing was that floor of the room was like stone/concrete, which didn’t seem comfortable to walk around barefooted. Thankfully we had slippers. There is no free parking onsite, but there is street side parking."

"The hotel has charm and is located quite near the historic old town center and within walking distance to the museums; the staff is friendly and helpful; the breakfast buffet is very nice with a wide selection of foods, very authentic Austrian ambiance to the breakfast and the hotel. The short comings are that there is no kettle or fridge with no food services at the hotel except for the breakfast buffet. The nearby restaurants are expensive though there are a few supermarkets within walking distance."
