- N ° 824 - Superb apartment with WIFI, VERY BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW and ON THE MARINA of Perros-Guirec with beautiful benefits, completely renovated in 2017, on the 1st floor with elevator of the Residence Le Port, rue Ernest Renan in Perros-Guirec, including:
1 living/dining room with TV, sofa 2 places overlooking balcony - SEA VIEW -
1 kitchenette equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, 3-burner induction hob, dishwasher -
SEA VIEW -
2 bedrooms with double bed for 2 people each, with balcony -SEA VIEW -
each with 1 en-suite bathroom with bath, sink, WC -
LINEN INCLUDED (sheets, towels, tea towels). Free WIFI. Many free public parking spaces in front of the Residence. Gas central heating. Washer-dryer in common room. Baby cot and high chair available free of charge on request and subject to availability.
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, animal supplement (if allowed), security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (final cleaning, ... etc.).
Rental by the fortnight the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week).
Furnished tourism 3 stars for 4 people.

Agréable séjour côté de granit rose
Idéal pour 2 couples, une salle de bain par chambre , appartement refait à neuf face au port de plaisance, séjour à refaire pour découvrir cette région.
