Vue superbe sur la plage de Trestraou !Appartement idéal pour des vacances proche de la mer, tout à pied, bateau pour les 7 îles, restaurants, je vous conseille la crêperie les flots au port.J'ai choisi cet appartement pour la terrasse, la vue, proche du sentier des douaniers, on attend les vagues à n'importe quelle heure de la journée nous assistons à un spectacle tous les jours, école de surf.Pour la chambre adultes lit très confortable, un peu juste pour nos adolescents les lits superposés.Il n'y a qu'une seule salle de bains pas deux comme il est indiqué, c'était aussi un de mes critères pour mon choix avec 2 ados.Appartement au calme même si restaurant juste en dessous, un parking privé, pas de soucis pour se garer.Nous avons passé de bonne vacances.

Superbe endroit

L'appartement est très agréable avec une vue sur la mer imprenable. Quel bonheur de voir la mer à chaque instant ... Nous avons passé 15 jours très sympas. L'appartement est très bien équipé il ne manquait rien. J'espère que je pourrai y revenir pour un autre séjour.

très bel emplacement, face à la mer, proche des commerces et des restaurants. On est près des sites à visiter. Belle terrasse face à la mer. Logement très bien équipé....il faudrait donner le descriptif dans l'annonce: électroménager, produits d'entretien, etc...Et c'est encore mieux quand il fait beau!!!Allez à la plage de TRESTRIGNEL...aussi .

Superbe séjour à Perros-Guirec

Cet appartement est très bien situé avec une grande terrasse qui donne sur la plus belle plage de Perros-Guirec. Secteur très animé avec ses restaurants et ses bars. Le GR34 "Sentier des douaniers” passe juste là et permet d’accéder à pied aux magnifiques roches de granit rose, sculptées par les éléments durant des milliers d’années. Bref, nous avons passé une très belle semaine grâce à ce logement très bien conçu.

Séjour Perros Guirrec

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Vu magnifique de la terrasse et de l'appartement. Proximité de la plage. Balade à l'île aux oiseux et l'île au moine à couper le souffle. Le plus de la réservation est la place de parking, essentiel pdt les périodes estivales car les places sont très recherchées. Anne et Tam.

Dommage...

Tout commençait bien jusqu'à ce qu'on arrive et qu'on tape le code du portillon d'accès au parking qui ne fonctionne pas, obligé d'attendre qu'une personne sorte pour pouvoir entrer... Impossible de dormir le matin, on est réveillé à 7h par des travaux dans le restaurant du dessous, sans parler de la perceuse toute la journée. Il faut savoir que sous les fenêtres de la chambre se trouve les zones de réception des marchandises des 2 restaurants, donc du bruit tous les jours très tôt sous les fenêtres. Les travaux étant terminés, le restaurant qui vient donc d'ouvrir juste sous l'appartement apportera son lot de nuisances avec le bruit de ses ventilations de hottes dans tout l'appartement jusque minuit passé, et de son personnel qui fume des cigarettes sous les fenêtres de la chance. Je plains les locataires cet été... Et pour finir, l'isolation phonique étant tellement mauvaise que nous avons été réveillé à 5h30 le vendredi par la personne qui sortait les poubelles, bruits effroyables.. Du coup nous sommes parti 1 jour plus tôt. Dommage, le coin et les restaurants sont très bien. À noter que toutes les plages sont interdites aux chiens et que la chaîne TF1 n'a pas de son, mais c'est un détail...

Wunderschöne Tage im September

Wir waren eine Woche im September mit Hund in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Alle Ausstattung ist vorhanden, die Terrasse mit Meerblick ist phantastisch, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider ist der Strand für Hunde im September noch gesperrt.

Herrliche Lage, direkt am Strand bzw. Uferpromenade

Wir haben eine wunderbare, sehr erholsame Woche in diesem Appartement im ersten Stock direkt am Strand bzw. der Uferpromenade verbracht. 2 Erw. und 1 Kind plus Hund. Alles sehr sauber. Wir haben unsere Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitgebracht. Schönes Bad. Separate Toilette. 1 Zi mit Stockbett, relativ eng, aber kein Problem. 1 Zi. mit Doppelbett, sehr gute Matratze. 1 Schlafsofa guter Qualität im Wohnzimmer. Große Terrasse mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Terrasse ist nicht überdacht. Freier Blick auf den großen Strand. Große, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Senseo. Mikrowelle, Backofen. Bäcker nur wenige Schritte entfernt: Gutes Angebot. Surfschule fussläufig. Check-In ohne Kontakt möglich. Praktisches Türschloß, da kein Schlüssel notwendig (Zahlen-Buchstaben-Code) Achtung: Kaum Sichtschutz auf der Terrasse nach rechts . Hecke nur ca. 60cm hoch. Sichtschutz könnte höher sein. WLAN ist sehr langsam, zum Streamen ungeeignet, Arbeiten am Notebook leider nicht möglich. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert, toller Blick, WLAN aber verbesserungswürdig.
