This beautiful contemporary can accommodate 8 people (6 adults max), and offers 4 bedrooms (3 with double bed and one with 2 twin beds). two master suites on the ground floor, with shower room and upstairs 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and wifi.

Located 3 km from the city center of Perpignan, this modern and upscale villa is 4 km from the train station and the palace of the kings of Majorca.Lovers of nature and fresh air will be delighted, the beaches of Canet, Saint-Cyprien Plage are 15 minutes away.
