Campanile always good but this one needs some TLC

We use Campanile a great deal so are always generally happy with their hotels. This one matched up to what we like and was generally very comfortable, though it is somewhat shabby: broken shutters, light not working, no hairdryer, damaged decor etc.

Budget type motel room

A budget motel type room. Bedding was spotless and bed comfortable. Room was a bit tired but perfectly adequate for one night. Good continental breakfast included in price. No onsite restaurant but there was a Buffalo Grill within a few minutes drive. Kettle and paper cups provided with just one coffee and tea provided and two milks though I’m sure we could have asked reception for more. The location was great for our journey back to UK from Spain.

Requested no stair access to the room when booking, was still given first floor. Sink in room cracked looked like it was about to fall off, reported to reception as I didn’t want them to think I’d done it and they said don’t worry about it. Bed was comfy and room clean overall okay for an overnight stop

Very disappointed with the restaurant, whilst food was ok it wasn't like the old days of camponile expectations. Seems like the food has gone downhill now in the camponile hotels, wont be staying again as was looking forward to a nice end of the day meal, not chicken nuggets.

Rien à redire sur le personnel dont l'accueil est agréable et efficace. La chambre était propre et la literie bonne. Le confort de la chambre ne correspond pas à un hôtel trois étoiles. Il y a un espace entre la porte et le sol qui laisse passer du courant d'air. La climatisation reversible ne donnait pas d'air chaud. Pas de téléphone pour joindre la réception; Pas de couverture ou d'oreiller supplémentaire à disposition dans la chambre; Une seule serviette de toilette de taille moyenne par personne. Une remise en état des murs serait nécessaire.

Comment peut-on louer cette chambre ???

A fuir ! Entre la saleté, moisures, la porte communicative avec la chambre d’à côté sans verrou, le carrelage non scellé, une douche qui en n’est pas une, et trop petite pour un bain ! j’ai failli tomber pour en sorti, aucune poignée pour se retenir… . Et la climatisation juste au dessus du lit …. Cet hôtel ne me verra jamais de nouveau !

Déçu dommage

Passez votre chemin (chambre avec odeur de moisi et d'insecticide, cafard retrouvé mort...) Volet ne fermant pas, sangle cassé déjà notifié dans le livre d'or de l'hôtel par un autre voyageur. Accueil malgré tout sympathique et petit déjeuner correct
