Provencal villa with large pine trees and swimming pool.
- Magnificent villa of 220 m2 located in a peaceful area. Discover the calm of a closed and shaded Provencal garden with its large pines, south side with its swimming pool (11m x 5m depth 1.90). 400m from the center of the village of Pernes les Fontaines.
High quality equipment (TV, video, internet, pool table, table football, table tennis, deckchairs ...). 90m2 double living room with the living area including comfort sofas and piano as well as the games room area with billiards, table football, table tennis.
Three rooms:
-Parental bedroom of 45m2 overlooking the garden with walk-in shower and 160x200cm bed
-bedroom with two 90x190cm beds overlooking the garden,
-bedroom with 140x190cm bed
1 bathroom with shower-bath, 2 toilets, and another 1 walk-in shower in the master bedroom, fitted kitchen + parking.
Possibility of hosting 5 to 6 people.
