Independent cottage in private air-fenced yard-pool Provence

Charming detached house on the hillside, fully equipped with all comfort for 6 people and 1 young child, large fenced and shaded yard with garden furniture and barbecue.
The fireplace in the living room and reversible air conditioning (hot / cold) allow to stay there all year (firewood provided).
You can make barbecue evenings in the large outdoor barbecue; vines will be at your disposal.
Located near hiking, you can go for walks or cycling in the surrounding countryside, discover Pernes and its 40 fountains or discover the villages and many nearby sites.
The independent pool is reserved exclusively for tenants. It is flat-bottomed, fenced and equipped with an alarm approved for fun and safe holidays (from June to September inclusive subject to favorable weather).
Rest and relaxation are assured in the vineyard of the Domaine des Hauts Traversiers where vine growers can visit the estate, taste their wines and fruit juices, talk about their job.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le cadre est très reposant, la maison est très bien équipée.Les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils et très réactifs (nous avons eu un orage et la box internet a malheureusement été endommagée... dès le lendemain nous avions une box de remplacement ! merci beaucoup pour la qualité de votre accueil .merci également d'accueillir nos toutous ,c'est un détail qui a son importance .merci pour eux .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Le site est très tranquille. Les hôtes sont très accueillants.Ils nous ont fourni des parasols supplementaires.Ils passent tous les 2 jours s'occuper de la piscine et arroser le jardin et ont eu la gentillesse d'adapter leurs horaires pour notre confort.La maison et les aménagements sont conformes aux photos.Si vous voulez vous reposer au calme dans un environnement paisible vous êtes au bon endroit.Balades, Barbecue, pétanque, piscine nous avons bien profité. Merci à nos hotes pour cet excellent séjour et leur chaleureux accueil

Hélène est une personne adorable, qui prend a cœur le bien-être de ses locataires. Elle nous a permis de passé un excellent séjour avec nos 2 bouviers bernois.Un logement très propre,simple mais où tout le nécessaire est là. Le tout dans un cadre très calme. Une adresse à retenir !

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns im Haus von Helene und Didier wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber und funktionierte. Vom Haus aus kann man zu schönen Spaziergängen direkt in die Olivenhaine umd Weinberge starten. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder mieten.

Entspannter Urlaub

Die Lage ist für uns perfekt: ruhig, ländlich; wir konnten direkt vom Haus mit unseren Hunden laufen gehen. Auch für Ausflüge sehr gute Lage. Pernes les Fontaines ist ein schönes Städtchen mit Flair. Sehr nette Vermieterin; es gab sogar ein Willkommensgeschenk. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Mooi gelegen in de wjngaarden

Ruim huis met veel buitenruimte en mooi terras. Het huis is mooi gelegen in de wijngaarden op de flank van de heuvels in het achterland van Pernes les Fontaines, je kunt direct wandelingen maken vanuit het huis. Vergeet niet wijn te proeven bij de eigenaar, deze is heerlijk. Wij waren er in de winter, ondanks de eclectische verwarming (tevens airco) was het wel nodig om bij te stoken met de houtkachel in de kamer, wat het ook wel weer gezellig maakte. Er is veel aanwezig in het huis, oven/vaatwasser en ook voorraad wijn en druivensap uit de wijngaard. De keukeninventaris was wat basic hier en daar, een goed broodmes en een setje grote wijnglazen zouden een goede aanvulling zijn. Houd ook rekening mee dat het grootste bed 140 meter breed is, kan wat krap zijn als je anders gewend bent. De locatie is perfect om de vele bezienswaardigheden in de buurt te ontdekken en ook prachtig te wandelen, al direct in de nabije omgeving. Onze honden hebben zich ook goed vermaakt, zeker met de ruime omheinde buitenruimte. Al met al een prachtige vakantie doorgebracht!

Super maison de vacances! Au calme entouré de vignes et proche de nombreuses activités en même temps. Pourvue de nombreuses facilités pour les petits (par ex: chaise haute etc).La propriétaire est très accueillante. Nous recommandons!

Parenthèse enchantée au milieu des vigned

Cette location était parfaite pour une famille avec 4 enfants. En pleine campagne, le calme est assuré au milieu des vignes tout en étant idéalement placé pour visiter les plus beaux villages de Provence.

Tout pour passer un bon séjour

Tout d'abord je remercie la propriétaire pour son accueil très agréable. Le gîte est tout à fait conforme à la description faite. C'est assez grand, pratique, bien équipé, dans un environnement calme au milieu des vignes, oliviers et cerisiers, un peu à l'écart de Perne-les Fontaines tout en étant proche. La 4G est disponible. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire pour ce croire chez soi. Il faisait 33/34°C lorsque nous y sommes passé et nous n'avons même pas mis la clim pour dormir car la maison garde le frais pour peu que les fenêtres restent fermées dans la journée. La piscine, avec une eau actuellement à 28°C, est un délice surtout avec les fortes chaleur. Géographiquement le gîte est bien placé et permet de visiter pas mal de choses dans un rayon de 30 à 45 min de route. Bref nous nous y sommes trouvé tout de suite à notre aise et la semaine est très vite passé malheureusement...

Exactement ce que nous recherchons : idéalement placé pour les visites, (Avignon, l'Isle sur la Sorgue), à l'écart du centre mais pas trop loin, pour pouvoir s'y rendre à pied. Les propriétaires sont super gentils et disponibles. Ne pas oublier de passer à leur cave où l'on peut trouver un vin excellent. C'est sûr, nous reviendrons. Anne-Karine et Serge

Un bon séjour

Nous avons passez 2 semaines très agréables dans ce gîte. Nous avons appréciés sont confort et le jardin bien entretenu. Nous avons bien profités de la piscine et du barbecue. La maison avec la climatisation permet de se ressourcer! Un grand merci pour ce séjour, nous retenons l'adresse, la propriétaire est très gentille et elle s'occupe de tout l'entretien pour la piscine.

Calme et sérénité

La qualité principale est le calme et la tranquillité. Les propriétaires, à l'écoute et toujours discrets sont à l"écoute de vos désirs. Leurs vins sont excellents et abordable. Seul bémol, les abords de la piscine sont un peu trop herbeux. Clairement à recommander

superbe séjour

nous avons passé la première quinzaine de juin des vacances superbes sous un magnifique soleil dans cette belle location entourée de vignes et de cerisiers , bien aménagée, propre, pratique, de plain pied avec clim, piscine et terrain clôturé pour notre chien. les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, leur rosé ''Hauts de Traversier est excellent. et la région est magnifique. Un havre de quiétude et de tranquillité.

Nous avons passé quinze jours très agréable. Tout a été pensé pour que les vacanciers se sentent tout de suite chez eux. La location est très fonctionnelle et très propre. Le lieu est propice au repos. Nous avons passé de merveilleux moments dans la piscine qui nous permettait de nous rafraîchir (nous avons eu des températures de l'ordre de 35°C) . Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et le vignoble du propriétaire (les "hauts traversiers") permet de découvrir de très bons vins et jus de fruit. Si vous aimez le calme, vous ne pouvez pas être déçu par cette villa.

Un petit coin de bonheur

Nous avons passé une semaine extrêmement agréable avec nos enfants. Tout a été pensé pour que les vacanciers se sentent tout de suite chez eux. La maison, fonctionnelle, est remplie de petite attention. La piscine est fabuleuse et la maison extrêmement bien située pour apprécier les trésors de la Provence. Les propriétaire nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux et ce sera avec plaisir que nous retournerons dans ce petit coin de bonheur.

Un petit coin de paradis

Tranquillité et calme assurées pour cette location. Lieu de vacances idéal pour oublier le quotidien. Propriétaires charmants et de très bons conseils. Maison fonctionnelle, pratique, propre et bien équipée ( barbecue, piscine ), à proximité des commerces et des sites touristiques. Très bien

Très bon séjour; Location très bien située et au calme juste réveillée par les cigales. Maison très bien équipée et le petit plus la piscine rien ne manque. Propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles. Je conseille le jus de raisin et de cerises un régal sans parler de leurs vins.
