Peaceful holidays in an old farmhouse, the pleasure of the countryside 200 meters from the historic center of Pernes les fontaines 5 minutes walk from the Provencal market. Independent apartment on 2 levels. Ground floor, wc, living room 18 M² with integrated and equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor, large 20m² bedroom with shower room and wc. Separate entrance, parking and private garden. Garden table and chairs, bowling green.

#### Gute Basis, super Lage aber...

Freundlicher Empfang von der Vermieterin. In der unteren Etage der linken Haushälfte ist die Wohnküche und eine Toilette, drüber das geräumige Schlafzimmer, Toilette und Bad. Vorm Eingang unter 2 Bäumen steht draußen ein Tisch mit Stühlen, auch Liegestühle stehen zur Verfügung. Das Auto darf im abgeschlossenen Hof stehen, das Hoftor öffnet per Knopfdruck. (5 Sterne) Die Möbel passen gut zum Ambiente, manche dazugestellten Gegenstände passen leider nicht dazu und haben Flohmarkt-Charakter. (4 Sterne) Die Küchenzeile ist vollständig, leider nicht das Geschirr. Die Töpfe sind zum Kochen ungeeignet, zu klein und zu wenig. Die Gläser für die Getränke waren vormals Senfgläser o.ä.. Es gab ein einzelnes Weinglas und einen Bierkrug, dafür Sektkelche aus Omas Zeiten sowie ein Sammelsurium von Tassen aus dieser Zeit. (3 Sterne) Der größte Nachteil war die Sauberkeit der Toiletten und des gesamten Geschirrs. Zuerst war eine Reinigungsaktion erforderlich. (1 Stern) Die Bettwäsche und die Böden waren aber sauber. Es gibt einen Fernseher in der Wohnküche. Eine mobile Klimaanlage ist vorhanden (für uns unwichtig). Die Hardware für Internet liegt im Schrank, ist aber nicht angeschlossen und nicht eingerichtet. Das war uns aber egal. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, 5 min ins Zentrum. Zum Supermarkt ist es nicht viel weiter. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, (5 Sterne)
