Villa María is a house located in a quiet urbanization of Periana that stands out for its tranquility and beautiful views. This villa has 6 bedrooms, 4 of them with their own bathroom, ideal to spend unforgettable days with family or friends. Services and common areas: Pool and garden. Garden Furniture, Hammocks, Parasols, Barbecue Wifi Attention to the guests You will be welcomed upon your arrival, and will be available whenever necessary, have any problem or need anything. I live 11 kilometers from the house. For the maintenance of the pool and garden we will go regularly to the house, preferably in the early morning not to disturb, but we can agree otherwise if you see it necessary. At the exit I will like to say goodbye to you, pick up the key and check that everything is correct. General description of the neighborhood \-At 3 kilometers from our urbanization, in Periana, you can find different restaurants, such as Restaurante Verdugo and Taberna de Isidro; or in its surroundings: Cantueso Restaurant, Las Mayoralas Restaurant, Mesón Sara. \-Shops and supermarkets: in Periana we can find several shops and supermarkets and also in Puente Don Manuel. In Vélez Málaga, 25 km away, you can find more variety in the center, or in Torre del Mar, where there is also El Ingenio Shopping Center and the nearest beach. Other highlights The house is located in a development of similar villas, quiet throughout the year. Gorgeous, spacious property with a view to die for. Lovely rooms, very clean, well equipped and a fantastic pool. The property manager was great with communication and made check-in and check out really easy. She sorted a couple of teething problems super quick too. Perfect property for large groups of friends/family. We were 6 adults and 6 kids and never felt overcrowded. Periana is a lovely town with nice cafes, bars and shops. Churros and chocolate for less than 2 euros a head was a hit. Easy to drive to beach or shops at Velez-Malaga for the day and Aqua Velis water park is a must. ##### Melanie C.
