Pereiro Walkways - Seia River

The location of the apartment was excellent. Unfortunately the property itself was very run down and requires significant maintenance. For example, our bathroom sink drain did not work at all and water would pool in the sink. The old wooden floor was falling apart underneath our feet as we walked which made it loose and unsafe, especially for our small baby. Also extremely unhygienic. Additionally, upon our arrival we found that the kitchen or dining room table was filthy and had not been cleaned, also all of the kitchen utensils and plates and glasses were not properly cleaned. Overall though the place was okay with a very Central location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful in providing good recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to try around the area. We would recommend that they spend some money to conduct repairs to do some and maintenance on the property as well to ensure things are properly cleaned before new patrons stay.

We really enjoyed staying here. The hotel office was close by and the service was very good. They helped us arrange other services at reasonable prices & were very accommodating. The place is clean & well appointed. The air conditioning worked well. There are many steps to get to the unit which could cause some people concern, but we didn’t mind them. We felt lucky to have found this place for the few nights we were in Porto.

The best decision made for my Porto trip! Such a convenient location: Steps from Bolhão station, Mercado do Bolhao, Via Catarina mall with grocery store and pharmacy, tons of brunch and cafe spots. 15 mins walk to Ribeira and Douro River! The room is stunning. Bright and sunny in the morning. Clean with all of the conveniences of home. Most definitely will stay here again.
