Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. "We loved our stay at Albergo Trieste! It was a calm, quiet oasis away from the bustling crowds in nearby dolomite towns. The staff were all so helpful and friendly.
