"Far from a 4 stars hotel really... Never seen a bathroom that old, the shower cabin is so small and has no door. Every time you shower you will get so much water on the floor and on the toilet. Lot of issues with the hot/cold water on the first 2 days.(Our stay was only 3-4 days). Really not helpful when the weather is so hot and you have to shower. The breakfast was not so great, I really doubt on the quality of the food served there. The view of the room and terrace were disappointing. You might want to think about using real drying racks to hang towels? The road bringing to the hotel is a bit of a mess. The good points are: Great location near to the beach The bed was really confortable Unfortunately not a good value for money."

"Our stay at the Apartment definitely exceeded our expectations. It is located in one of the best parts of Tirana, close to the amazing lake and all the shops which makes accessing everything much easier and so convenient if someone is looking for both sightseeing the city and spending some nature in the park. Apartment is very spacious with all needed facilities: all rooms are air conditioned which helps when the days get hotter. The communication with the reception staff is superb and all queries are answered very quickly. There is even option to leave the bags in the reception at check out if needed. Additional perk is the access to the swimming pool, gym and spa so whether for leisure, sightseeing or trying to get some quiet time, I can definitely recommend this place. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Eter. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The food was fantastic and the location was amazing! On our last day the staff made sure we had a breakfast packed as we were leaving on an early excursion. We were very impressed by the whole stay! One really odd thing that almost felt surreal in comparison to the rest of our visit; the last day there (when the hotel seemed very empty) we decided to go down to the indoor pool, only to find that the water was extremely cloudy and the hot tub was worse and also smelled so bad (not chlorine.) If the rest of our stay wasn’t so fabulous, this may have ruined the experience. But because everything else was so wonderful, we assumed something had happened and left the area. The whole pool/spa area is very nice, so it’s too bad it wasn’t cared for. "

"Receptionists were really friendly and helpfull and offered us room with best sea view. Also lady in the spa treated us well and manager of the hotel was really the best when he served us dinner and offered local wine. Food was really tasty and plentyfull at the breakfast and dinner super delicios. Cleaners tidied up room after first day. The only thing which should be improved is the condition of the room 409, which it looks like it was flooded by water few months back as wooden floor by bathroom, bathroom door and skirting doos were little rotten. Also outside room sign should be levered properly and also few room light bulbs should be changed together with the window in the bathroom which could not be closed properly. But at lwast we could hear the noice of the see ;).. "
