"This was a vacation for us and all we wanted to do was get some rest. We spent most of our time on the main floor to take advantage of the spectacular views. The house is on a huge bluff above Lake Pepin, we saw eagles up close, hummingbirds, butterflies, bunnies, trains running on the other side of the water, boats fishing, a babbling fountain and flowers in the back yard, barges tugging things slowly up and down the lake. The property was super clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the view to the river was beautiful! The train does run nearby so if you are a lighter sleeper, you may hear it. "The house was just it was described and photographed. Clean, comfortable beds, great living room with a view of the river, and near the Reg Wing attractions. The gas fireplace was nice on the cooler days during our stay. We will stay again when we are back in the area. Leslie"
