The beds were so comfortable and with the sounds of nature we all slept amazing. The owners were sweet and helpful. Was very clean and organized, pool was warm and clean, and I would happily stay there again. The one area for improvement would be the gardening / grounds keeping. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Brief warm rain showers each day, short walk down to bluff to look at the ocean and watch the sun rise. Saltwater pool, great family room, dining table seats 8 comfortably. 8 miles north of Hilo. Snorkeling at Richardson bay, Loved hiking at Volcano National park. ##### Bruce W. We stayed at this beautiful house for a week. The pictures didn’t do it justice. From the beautiful ocean views to the frogs chirping at night, we loved every minute. I think we turned the TV on once and spent most of our time on the lanai. The kitchen was more than well-stocked and there were plenty of towels and outdoor furniture. And did I mention the pool? The home is in a gated community and felt very private. It was fun walking the property and seeing the different fruit trees and flowers. The stay was truly an opportunity to unwind and unplug. The property manager/owner was super responsive throughout the booking process and stay. We are already planning our next trip.was super responsive ##### MALISSA S. If I could I'd just move in and stay. Beautiful property and home with an amazing view and access to the coast. Juliet did a wonderful job communicating and sharing information! This house has an amazing coastline with direct access but don't expect a beach. We knew what to expect and we were so happy. Everything was clean, organized, and well stocked. Our family loved the pool and the entire property. Thank you so much for making this property available. ##### Michael B. I can't say enough great things about this place and Juliet as a host. Communication was on point, the pool was amazing and comfortably heated for the winter, the property and landscape was beautiful, kitchen and house had everything we needed to cook, swim, sleep, and bathe. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We struggled to find the house with Google Maps but Waze got us there with no issues. Also keep in mind there's no AC and the windows were kept open (with screens) but we were comfortable for the most part and didn't have any issues with bugs or insects. The house is about 22 minutes from Hilo (9 min drive to the main road and another 13 mins to Hilo city center). My family of 4 stayed for 4 nights and when we left, the kids talked about how much they missed the house and didn't want to leave. ##### Tram V. Stayed 4 nights in Nov 2023 ---
