"When we walked in our first room it was in total disarray. The desk was on the bed a chair was on the counter over the sink. The bathroom floor had an inch of water on it. Wallpaper peeling off. The aroma in the room was horrible. There were no towels. I did go to the front desk she asked what room ..."
