Gite including the residence of the owners and on one level, a comfortable apartment of 40 m², with contemporary furniture. Housing: -The house offers impeccable and bright comfort thanks to its modern openings with direct access to a tiled terrace of 30 sqm. - Fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob. - Living room with HD television - 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a large closet - bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and WC suspended. Outside: - 1 terrace including a garden table, a parasol, a barbecue and 2 chairs "sunbathing" - private parking * info: electric shutters * equipment: new quality bedding, new furniture and equipment Situation: The Penvenan resort offers 11 km of rocky coastline, with beautiful sandy coves: do not miss the port of Bugueles, remarkable site. For lovers of boating, you can go to the nautical center of Port-Blanc located 1 km. The GR34 passes close to the cottage you can make nice walks. Also close to the beautiful beach Trestel located 3 km. The cottage is located halfway between Paimpol and Perros-Guirec. You will discover remarkable sites less than 20 minutes as the island of Bréhat, the Furrow of Talbert, the old Tréguier, its cathedral and its half-timbered houses, the abyss of Plougrescant, the castle of Roche Jagu, the Small City of Character of Pontrieux, the seaside town of Perros-Guirec, the most beautiful village of France Ploumanac'h, the rocky coast of Trégastel, the Grande island and still many sites to discover The region also offers many markets (the major markets from Tréguier on Wednesday, from lannion on Thursday without forgetting the nice market of Penvénan on Saturday morning)
