"The room was in awful condition. Things practically hanging off. E.g Shower Head, TV etc. Expanding foam underneath toilet everywhere. Kettle in a hard to reach location. No indication of how you actually check into the building or actually enter said building."

"It hotel a private block of apartments and the staff on the concierge are bad. They couldn’t find my key and when I asked for WiFi in lobby they refused to give it. The apartment was ok but basic and the mattress cheap low quality. They don’t leave me any toilet roll either"
