This 2 bedroom beach front CORNER UNIT has entry to the master bath and the private balcony from the master bedroom. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have a king size beds! Everyone loves the amazing kitchens at the SUMMERLIN featuring a beautiful island. Lots of counter space and cabinets, all major appliances, and utensils make preparing the perfect meal easy! Full size washer and dryer in separate laundry room inside the condo. Beach front seasonally heated pool. Great and comfortable furnishings all the way through the condo and most of all - VIEWS YOU WILL NEVER FORGET!

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. - This unit sleeps 6.

The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, and March.
