Each room has its own coastal flair, including brightly colored tropical fish in the master bedroom/bath, lightly colored seashells in the guest bedroom/bath, and a palm tree mural in the dining area. This unit has an assigned covered parking space. With two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, this non-smoking unit can accommodate up to 7 guests. The wall mirror in the master bedroom helps fill the space with color. A full-size kitchen is complemented by a large island cabinet/countertop. A full-size washer and dryer set is also available in the unit. When we arrived, you could smell that the room had just been cleaned. It is really like a home away from home. The owner has some beach toys, chairs, and a small cooler that were really helpful when we went to the beach for the day. The beach is just a few steps away from the room. The hide-a-bed was horrible. This condo is at a great location and the condo itself was great. We didn't let uncomfortable living room furniture slow us down. Everything we needed was supplied for the kitchen. It was a end condo so we had extra windows for viewing the beach which was nice ! My only suggestion would be to replace or fix the outdoor balcony chairs. They are made of pvc pipe and one of the pipes broke while my daughter was sitting in it. Other than that the stay was excellent ! I will definitely consider Summerlin when I’m the destin area again !! ##### Kim H. We’ve found our favorite beach home at Summerlin! This complex was nice and small which our family needed. Our son has special needs so we didn’t want a huge place. Unit 101 was perfect for our family of four! Could not believe how big it was. The view was amazing. The description and pictures were completely accurate. No surprises at all. If I had any recommendations it would just be to change some things to make it more kid friendly (light fixture over the kitchen table, some decor) I’d also love a Keurig! It could use some updates. Parking inside is very small and difficult to get a van pulled in. Ok for a compact car. Pictures of balcony is deceiving. It is smaller than portrayed.
