New balcony with two slight views of the ocean. Three minute walk across the street to public beach access 1. Within walking distance to restaurants, clubs, Gulfarium, city fishing pier and shopping. Only minutes by car to Destin and the well known Crab Island. One 47" Smart TV W/ Basic Cable. 24" smart TV/ front bedroom/No Cable. Board games, umbrella and four beach chairs in closet. Home away from home!

This place is beautiful and super cozy you feel right at home here! Joyce was such an amazing host and helped with some last minute accommodations we will always book with her if possible. Also close to some very good restaurants and the beach is right across the street!

Fall Break Family Vaca

We had a great stay in Joyce’s condo! It was the perfect size for our little family of 4. Located right across the road from a beach entrance and very convenient to anywhere we needed to go. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Best comfy beds, all the kitchen supplies you could use, super nice to have beach supplies as well! Only down side is there is not a washer/dryer.

I had to make a quick trip to come down to work for a couple days. I needed a place that wasn't insanely expensive and this place had exactly what I needed. It was perfect inside and had tons of amenities. I really appreciate it

Spring Break

We had an AMAZING time here. The walk to the beach is easy and convenient!! There are several place to walk to eat from the condo. The ice cream shop with the mini golf has THE BEST strawberry ice cream!!!!! We will definitely be back here booking with Joyce!!!

Okaloosa Island Getaway

Great property with good location and very reasonably priced. Very clean place and one of the few we found with two queen beds and two bathrooms for the price. Walking to the beach is easy and Destin was a quick drive from the rental. We did not have any issue or a need to contact the owner. Check in was easy and checking out was simple also. Would definitely recommend this place.
