Islander 7008 - Memories by the Sea. FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! Sleeping a maximum of 6 people, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Gulf front unit at the Islander Beach Resort has it all! It comes equipped with a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, King size bed in the master bedroom, Queen size bed in the guest bedroom along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a private beachfront balcony on the very top 7th floor facing our beautiful Emerald Coast. Stylish Bamboo provisions in the dining and snack bar areas make for cozy and comfortable together time while keeping it classy. The ravishing red paint really pops and brings an atmosphere of pep for your Florida vacation - sit comfortably while enjoying some relaxation time - because after all, you deserve it!! Condo 7008 HAS IT ALL! The master bedroom as well as the living room feature flat screen TVs. Tile flooring throughout. Don't forget the gorgeous white sand that joins you in from your day at the beach is easier to contain in this well-suited amenity! In unit 7008 a dream vacation is waiting just for you!

Islander Beach Resorts have access to one of Okaloosa Island's largest gulf-side pools, a shuffleboard court, and a barbeque grill area. A quick stroll across the boardwalk puts you right on the beach! All guests have Free High-Speed Internet access in their unit, as well as wireless Internet access in our lobby.
Islander Beach Resort has a two vehicle limit.
The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving and beginning the week of Christmas until March 31st.

A few basics are missing from the kitchen (a pitcher, for instance), the balcony furniture cushions are worn out and stained, cushions in the dining chairs are flat, and the TV in the master bedroom will only play one channel. Minor things that should be addressed, but didn't keep us from enjoying our week at the beach.

I love the location and have stayed in the same condo, twice a year sometimes, for several years. I do feel that the patio furniture badly needs an upgrade. Chaise lounges need to be added and get rid of the uncomfortable bench and chairs. The dining table and chairs are sufficient and the 2 rockers. The side table needs replacing; it is broke and the top could fall off and hurt someone. The living room furniture is not very comfortable and neither of the mattresses on the beds. I think it would add to the appeal of the unit greatly if comfort was more of a factor.

Outdated old, broken recliners, not worth the $

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Entering the condo you are greeted by an old dirty foyer rug.broken closet doors in the 2nd bedroom. Screen on patio door was barely intact and eventually came out, rendering it useless. Shower curtains and toilet seats in both bathrooms were nasty and couldn’t be cleaned. Kitchen and bathrooms were terribly outdated. A/C didn’t work the first 3 weeks we were there as maintenance had to come into condo 15 times. And the topper is my corvette got broken into and cost me 500$ to replace glass( no cameras or security on property)

Great Girls weekend stay

Super comfy and great location. Great beach access and love having beach chairs and umbrella. Would love to have notes on where to eat in Okaloosa. We enjoyed Old Bay Steamer--great food. Would stay again.
