Flat screen televisions in both the Living room and Master bedroom, with plenty of seating for everyone to indulge in the sights and sounds of the sea. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very happy again this year. However, a couple of things. Need grab bars in each shower. Room darkening curtains in bedrooms. A piece of paper explaining how to use tv. We do not use streaming and didn't figure it our until our last day. Would have been nice to know that we were not given a covered parking space like we had last year. And a blanket available. We love this building and will stay there next trip.

Access to beach, pool and outdoor bathroom was convenient, which was especially helpful when weather or surf conditions limited our time in the gulf or on the beach. Furnishings were a bit dated but the unit was certainly serviceable, and our fellow vacationers were friendly. I'm sure this will be a good fit for other families as well.

Glad to see that the pics on line accurately depicted what was in the condo. A huge plus for us were the high chairs & table on the balcony. You can see over the railing providing an unobstructed view, which is great compared to chairs that sit lower, which cause you to look at the beach through the rails. Big selling point for us. Overall, we just loved this unit and will hopefully be able to return again and again!

Beautiful location but not the best Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The AC did not cool at all in the master bedroom. My husband did not have a good week due to his back hurting. On the third day my hips started hurting so I know it was from the very hard mattress we had. The location is great and I would definitely stay at Gulf Dunes again but not in this Condo. Also had trouble with the elevator but I reported it and it was taken care of.
