Family vacation for Thanksgiving

Our family stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. The room accommodated our family very well. The pool was easily accessible and the beach was a short walk from the pool. The location was also convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops.

Perfect for Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Balcony overlooked the pool and had a great view of the beach. There was plenty of room for our two families. The bunk bed room was a hit with the kids. Location was great. We were walking distance from some good food and activities. Destin was a short drive away. We would stay here again. When choosing a place on the beach, be sure to get out there early to get a good spot.

Spring Break Trip 2025

We had an overall good experience staying at this property. The convenience of the parking and getting luggage in and out was great and easy. Furniture was a bit out dated with the living room area not being very comfortable but that is the only complaint. With it being only a 6 floor place it was very nice to not have to wait long on the elevators. The pool area and facility were kept very clean. It was very nice to have beach chairs come with the room! Ft Walton was not crowded and we were able tog at in and out of restaurants quickly. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Wonderful!

Perfect location! Host was always fast at answering questions. All of my kids and their spouses came. The layout is perfect for everyone to have their own space. The condo was clean and beautiful !! Great view of the beach and pool. Love being on the second floor. Close to elevator to get down to pool. Park on the second floor of garage and cross over to get to condo. Very easy!!

We had such a great time! The condo was perfect and our host was the best! Thank you for a great location. Great condo arrangement and your hospitality! Stewby’s across the street was excellent. Downstairs parking worked great but our host made sure we had alternate parking if needed for our church van. Very thoughtful. Can’t say enough good things.

1st time on Okaloosa Island!

What a great place for vacation. The condo and resort were both well maintained and everything you could ask for at an oceanfront condo. Pool and beach convenience are the All-Stars of this property. Two large pools and a short boardwalk to the beach are only steps from the building. There are plenty of elevators (no waiting), pool chairs, and beach chairs to accommodate the building. Take your time setting up and enjoy both the pools and ocean. The condo is also 5 minutes or less to all the food, dessert, and entertainment you would want. We loved our week in the Fort Walton area.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and very clean we had a few issues with the room but they were fixed immediately. The only complaint we had is there isn’t a sprayer for the kitchen sink so it was very difficult to clean it out. But other than that it was great!

Florida Family Vacation 2023

The property was everything advertised. The condo worked out so well for our family of 8. The views from the balcony are fantastic! Being on the second floor and having the pool right below us was a plus as the grandchildren could swim and we could watch them from the balcony. Having the extra beach chairs and toys was an unexpected surprise! We enjoyed our week there, taking in the Gulfarium, Wild Willies Adventure Land, fishing on the pier, and many great restaurants all within walking distance, and a few days of beach/pool fun and sun! We all said we would definitely come back again!

loved the location and the view, every appliances worked great. Cleaners were nice. A security chain on the front door is needed as we travel with toddlers who can open doors. a grab bar is needed in the main bath of the hall as the tub is extremely high to step over . Beach chair guys are a little lax about setting up chairs, saying first come first serve leaving the guest to hunt for an open set,

We made the best of our week- on arrival the cleanliness was poor leaving us to have to clean tubs and showers, ice maker and toaster did not work, bedrooms- blind broken, mattress needs replacing, and linen smelled musky, showers with poor water pressure and clogged shower heads, mold on ceiling of bathrooms, etc. The pool access and beach service were great.

Perfect Family Getaway!

The location of the pool, view and distance to the ocean, layout, cleanliness, and hosts were all spot on! We usually stay at Isle of Palms, but for ease of access to both ocean and pool, grocery store, family thought put into beds etc, and family atmosphere; this was a better experience:) We will be back again this time of year!

Perfect location!

We enjoyed this condo very much. Perfect location. The views from the balcony were perfect for sunrise and sunset. The rooms were well equipped for the amount of people we had and the extra chairs and play things for the beach were greatly appreciated.
