Great place to stay, great view, well maintained facilities.

As advertised, out of the way of congestion yet close to everything we needed. Great view, clean and my wife and I would be pleased to stay here again.

Great weekend

Christy’s condo was well equipped and on the beach. The unit had a nice pool, hot tub and an easy walk to the beach. Christy was very accommodating to a couple things I asked for. Will definitely go back! Very clean and nice!

The condo was amazing. The location was perfect and the view of the beach was breathtaking. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to be repeat customers. We are already planning on doing this next year as well. Thank you for being easy to work with and for offering such wonderful accommodations.

The property was very nice. We did have to request pass code for the pool. Not a complaint. Bedroom carpet and ceiling fans need cleaned but everything else was very nice 🙂. Overall we would recommend!

Loved it!

This is a great condo. Love the view, love the balcony. I could stare at the waves all day… and I did! I stayed for a whole month and it was one of the best things I’ve ever done. It was so peaceful. And I even got to catch the record-breaking snow! That was a blast. I saw 9 snowmen on the beach, plus a snow dog and a snow whale. Wish I could attach pictures. Host was responsive and helpful. I had everything I needed. For future guests, if you read this far, the WiFi password is on the bottom of the router and if the bedroom outlets aren’t working, turn on the lightswitch by the door.

Wonderful beach condo

The condo was put together very well and we loved having the two bedrooms! The view is absolutely stunning from the balcony. We loved having the complementary beach chairs and umbrella because it made it so easy to go down and enjoy the beach without the extra hassle. The only reason I didn’t give five stars from cleanliness was small things like the coffee pot and a few other dishes. We never were able to get the Wi-Fi info either. Over all we loved staying here and would definitely book again!

Lots of Potential

A great location that is on the quieter end of the beach. A very nice bed, good A/C and a wonderful view.There's room for improvement, however. The Owner has been notified and will hopefully address some of these concerns. General cleanliness needs attention -stained carpet, dirty Air Filter, etc. Fridge door has no guards on it, so cannot be used for storage, kitchen has missing or broken items (we bought some wine and juice glasses, half the 4-slice toaster doesn't work, can opener barely works, etc.), couch and chair are pretty uncomfortable.I think the owner wants to improve the place - we also told her about rusted balcony furniture and it was replaced within days, but we haven't heard from her since.Perhaps the owner will respond to this message and upgrade the unit to make it more desirable. Great potential at a great part of the western Florida beach!

An awesome little place!

Had an incredible time here. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. I saw a couple reviews where people complained about the carpet and a few scuffs in the paint. It’s a condo. On the beach. You’re gonna get some wear and tear. And who is spending that much time inside anyway? Go hit that beach chair, listen to the ocean and enjoy yourself. If you have enough time to complain about trivial stuff like that, you’re not vacationing right. I suggest you take 3 margaritas and reevaluate your priorities. Also the host is insanely fast at responding, we had an issue with the pool code and she answered immediately! I will definitely use this host again, thank you for the great stay!

Great location - place needs updating

Pros: location was priceless just steps to the ocean. We woke up to the sounds of waves every day even with the windows and doors closed. The washer and dryer were of great value. The kitchen had most of the items needed to be self sufficient. Shower in second bath was a great size and both had good hot water. We got a lot of use of the heated pool and jacuzzi. Management was very responsive with our questions and on-site manager came quickly and to help with something a small as the router! Check in and out was quick and easy. Cons: the place itself was clean as in swept, wiped down etc but overall it’s in desperate need of deep clean and many updates. The carpet in the bedroom seems to be quite old and stained/dirty enough it didn’t feel clean enough to walk barefoot on. The caulking across the condo was cracked, walls and doors looked stained or in need of a deep clean and fresh paint. The fridge inside door was missing pieces, the stove’s burners were lopsided, the fold out mattress was absolutely NOT okay enough to sleep on as you could feel every single coil, dishwasher was old and damaged although seemed okay enough to use. The TV had no streaming capabilities so we were only able to access local channels. Overall, for the price I knew there would be some give and take. If this place would be given a facelift and updating I would have been happy to pay more for the cleanliness just because of location alone!

We loved our stay here! The host was very responsive to our questions and accommodating to our schedule! The condo was comfortable. The chairs and umbrella beng included were a huge plus. Having a couple outdoor places to rinse off the sand was nice. The common areas were cleaned daily too. Check in and check out were super easy too.

Anniversary Trip

The condo was very clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. 1 umbrella and 2 chairs being included in our stay made it even better since the boardwalk to the beach had several stairs. There are limited things to do surrounding the condo, without driving toward Destin, if you are bringing children, but that was not an issue for us. We will stay again if back in the Fort Walton area!

This was our second time at this condo. It is a nice condo. Clean. Quiet. Great view. The only thing is if you have small kids or take a wagon to the beach, there are steps.
