Sunshine, Sea Breezes, and Sparkling Emerald Waters, all come with this beautifully updated condominium. You will love the tastefully chosen artwork that helps with the coastal ambiance! This one has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen is fully furnished (including large electric griddle, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker and standard coffee maker) and has a full size refrigerator so you can dine in. You will enjoy eating meals on the balcony in the comfort of high end furniture overlooking well-manicured grounds and ocean views. The spacious living room has a large flat screen "smart" TV with comfortable seating for six and a hide a bed. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and private access to the bath with double sinks. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. This unit features tile floors through out for a very clean feel. Conveniently located near both pools, one that is heated year-round. Free Wi-Fi in unit. El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

This place was awesome!! The beach, the pool, the heated pool and oh let’s not forget about this great accommodating room. We couldn’t get enough:) So sad to leave but we will be back soon.

Great place to stay

Everything was clean, location was wonderful! Though the view wasn’t looking at the beach, the grounds were well maintained. Lots of families visiting and no loud parties or music were a bonus. Pools were kept very clean. Area retail and restaurants were a very close car trip. Would definitely stay here again!!
