Newly renovated unit with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico! This condo has everything you want for a fantastic beach side vacation! Two bedrooms each have their own flat Screen television and separate bathroom. The master bedroom has a balcony entrance where morning coffee can be enjoyed while taking in a spectacular view of the ocean. At night, the beautiful lighted complex and pool area makes the balcony a great place to end the day. These amazing views are also accessible from the living room, which sports a 65 inch flat screen television. The sleeper sofa unfolds to sleep additional guests. Just walk downstairs to enjoy a splash in the ocean or swim in the seaside pool.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Fabulous oceanfront location with lovely gulf view. Sunsets, dolphins added to the beach ambiance.

Property grounds, pool and buildings well maintained. Architectural style of patio and border walls enhance the property beauty. Few items of condo interior with opportunity for improvement, that would contribute to higher rating, E.g. drapes had missing hangers which cause sags ; carpeting had gap with small area of exposed subfloor, which was covered with throw rug, baseboards needed wiping. Overall condo was nice with sufficient snd attractive furnishings. Enjoyed our stay and quiet venue. Will return.
