    Enjoy a relaxing mountain getaway at Bruce’s Way, a cozy camper retreat just minutes from DuPont State Forest. Whether you’re visiting to mountain bike, hike, explore the waterfalls, or simply unwind, this is a place to slow down and enjoy the outdoors.

    The highlight of your stay is the outdoor living space. Relax on the large covered deck in a comfortable Adirondack chair, fire up the Weber grill for dinner, or wind down around the fire pit while enjoying beautiful sunset views.

    A Cozy Place to Unwind

    The camper features one bedroom, one bathroom, and an open-concept living room and kitchen. The private bedroom has a queen-size bed and convenient storage, while the sofa and dining area convert into additional sleeping spaces.

    You’ll find the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, mixer, TV with Wi-Fi, and fireplace. Linens and towels are provided so you can settle in and enjoy your time in the mountains. There is an outdoor fire pit where you can sit and relax and take in the stars (firewood is not provided).

    DuPont State Forest is a favorite destination for mountain bikers, hikers, and waterfall enthusiasts. You’ll be just minutes from the popular Ridgeline Trail and hundreds of miles of trails to explore throughout the area.

Wonderful!

We had a great stay! It was the perfect spot for us to go to DuPont and hike and explore the waterfalls and also close to Pisgah to hike too. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Love this stay. We visited for anniversary and visited Skytop Orchard as well went to Dupont Forest to visit High Point Falls. Loved sitting on the porch drinking coffee.

Great mountains getaway!

My husband and I had a great trip! The property was great and we had no issues at all! Perfect location to enjoy Brevard, the state park and not too far from Asheville either! Great for long weekend trip we will be back!

Great place to stay. It is a camper, so ceilings are pretty low, and bathroom is small, but it was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the early morning and evenings. Things were easy to find, and well stocked. We would stay here again.

Peaceful Mountain Get Away

This place is amazing! My husband, son and I really enjoyed our stay. It is perfect if I you are trying to get away from the city noise and enjoy nature. The property it’s exactly as it looks on the pictures; is very cozy and had what we needed. Our host, Brent was great. I would definitely stay here again.

PERFECT

The cleanest camper and property. Nice location and had everything we needed! 10/10! Was nice to sit on the deck in the morning and drink coffee and a nice firepit area to sit in relax in the evening. Close to Brevard and all the fun things to do in the mountains.

Nice getaway spot

The RV is very attractive and well kept. The porch area is very nice with a great view. The main mattress is a little firm, but the two pull out/conversion beds worked great for our kids, ages 7 and 10. Great location.

Perfect place to crash between Dupont or Pisgah shenanigans. Great host, clean, quiet space, AWESOME porch, fire pit and a grill. What more could you want?

Great location for local outdoor activities

Enjoyed our weekend in the Pisgah / Dupont area. The camper was the perfect distance to trails and a few great local restaurants. Highly recommend Pisgah Bake House. We enjoyed spending time on the deck in the morning and evenings. The camper is beside the road and has steady neighborhood traffic.

Waterfall Getaway

My husband and I visited for a long weekend of hiking and waterfalls! This was the perfect place for us! The location was so convenient to DuPont National Forest and Brevard. We found the camper just as advertised and more than accommodating for us. We loved it!!! We are already talking about visiting again!

If you are looking to unplug, get in nature, talk to God while conveniences are a short drive away, this is it. Property is as described, well kept, and so peaceful and relaxing. I have never not wanted to leave a place more. Surrounded by nature, flowers near the camper attract butterflies and hummingbirds. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I am already thinking about when I can come here next summers

Nice camper

Property was in a nice quiet space. The large porch and fire pit area were a very nice touch and gave us the chance to enjoy the outdoor space. It is a little dark outside if you’re getting in late but that was the only thing that was a challenge for us.
