"Other than the location across the road from the beach, this place is a joke. Very run down. Rusted out lights, moldy bathroom, stained towels, icky microwave. I know other beach locations are more expensive but this can't be considered good value. I'd rather not go to the beach than pay $170/night ..."

"Room was no smoking, but smoke was very strong inside room & hall. Sheets were not clean. Had to remove them for sleeping. Wash cloth was already dirty. Bed were comfortable. Worst thing was smoke smell was very overpowering."
