Just off the kitchen, the first lakeside deck is ideal for outdoor dining or simply unwinding while soaking up the lake breeze. The main floor features a master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, plus a second queen bedroom and full bath, all thoughtfully arranged for your comfort and convenience. Downstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms and a third full bathroom, along with a cozy bonus living area with a futon, TV, and bunk beds—perfect for kids or extra guests. This lower level opens to the second lakeside deck, where you can enjoy breathtaking views and peaceful evenings by the water. Sunrise Shores boasts 110 feet of natural lakefront with a gentle entry into the water, perfect for swimming, fishing, or launching kayaks and paddleboards from the permanent dock. Loved the location of the home. It felt private, and was close to a lot of things! Over all the house fit our needs. It was roomy, and the beds were comfy. Its a well loved home, could use a little upgrades outside, but it was really perfect for what we needed. We brought our dogs and having the upper deck all fenced in was great! Appliances were brand new, and we also loved the use of the kayaks and large dock! Watching the sunrise and looking for eagles and osprey were a fun part of our trip. Very damp, musty & smelled of cats. Basement was the worst. The porches/decks were horrendous. There was tree debris all over the furniture. Looked as if they haven't touch anything outside in over a year. We couldn't sit outside on any of the furniture because of how filthy it all was. The firepit was filled and overflowing with sticks/weeds & debris. Having a fire would have taking hours just to dig out the junk from the fire pit. The master bath shower had dead bugs in the bottom of the tub. The grill did not work. The pictures were very, very misleading. The house is way outdated compared to the posting.
