"The staff at the front desk were really nice and helpful. O problems at check in or out. The manager was super friendly. The only issues I had were the room was decent but we had no hot water when we arrived. I called they fixed it then the next morning same issue. No hot water. We paid for a room with a jacuzzi tub and we weren’t even able to use it because of the water issues. It was convenient as far as location but I’d doubt I’m coming back. "

It had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy beds and nice touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was a big plus - close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. They gave clear instructions and helpful recommendations, making the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone visiting Washington, DC."
