The staff was great, especially Samyra who took care of my room. She was detail oriented and efficient every day. The in-room mini bar and fridge was well supplied and had variety of snacks. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. It was fantastic, woth lots of variety and the food was delicious. The wait staff for breakfast were amazing. There were no food options at the hotel after breakfast. Valet parking was easy and affordable. They brought the car within moments of asking for it each time. The hotel should consider selling Brasil t-shirts, they'd sell out, no question.

"I have been coming to São Paulo for 21 years…I have been staying TRYP hotel 6 times a year for two weeks at a time. I have an office in Itaim Bibi, this is the best option for me. It’s very nice and great location as well as the price."
