Enjoy 180 degree north facing sea views over the Bass Strait just 10 meters from Penguin beach. Relax and enjoy this stunning private luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment of approx. 300 sqm. Featuring a spacious open plan living and entertainment areas decorated with beautiful artworks & furnishings to ensure your stay is truly unique. The property was incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking views and a location that couldn't be better. It suited all our needs perfectly. We honestly can't begin to say how much we enjoyed our stay. However, we found the stairs very steep, people who have mobility problems may not cope. Paying a premium nightly rate, in our opinion it was quite unreasonable to ask guests to water the plants & put the rubbish bins out into the street. A missing louvre in the ensuite meant we had to cover the gap with a bath towel to give us privacy from the lounge. No mention was made of this prior to arrival. Time of check in was a little confusing as we were informed it was 3.00pm but on our arrival the compendium stated it was 2.00pm. ##### Jan and Alan F.
