"Craig (owner) was most welcoming. The property is very well located close to the main shopping area, and the river foreshore. Rooms are big and kitted out with tea and coffee making as well as a toaster and microwave oven, and crockery and cutlery. It was good to have a table and comfy chairs to sit at, rather than sitting on the bed. Bathroom is modern and equipped with heat lamps which is a very nice touch on cold mornings. All up, an excellent property. We would stay here again."

"After a long drive from Strahan it was such a delight to get to our room at the Masden. Had a front room with a view of the water. The room was modern, clean and comfortable with some added extras like a spa bath and microwave. Easy access, lots of street parking and little cafes to eat at close by. "
